In 1971 Mr P A Raveendran (Founder of Plaza Group) started serving the Architectural Hardware industry in Changanacherry, Kottayam district.In 1975 we started a retail showroom in the name of M/s Bharath Hardware in Changanacherry. And in 1976 we started whole sale business under the same firm name and doing business by getting premium hardware materials and door fittings from northern part of India and distributing it to various towns of Kerala from Trivandrum to kasargode and also in Coimbatore &Manglore. We are the pioneer in “Van Sales “ of Architectural Hardwares in kerala market and it was a huge success and leads to develop the business. As a part of business expansionIn 1978 started a new firm in the name of M/S Raveendra Trading Company, Ernakulam and in 1998 M/s Plaza Trading Company in Changanacherry and another retail devision M/s Plaza Designe Shop started on 19xx with various brands display units.

Being an ISO 9001 :2015 certified firm, Plaza Trading Company , we have increased our products range and adopted new business strategies, increased sales staffs, marketing staffs, changed from manual packing to machanical packing, created new website, digital promotions etc., TV ADVT in leading Malayalam News channel Manorama News continuous for a month on prime time. We have increased business areas from town to villages, we have covered almost all parts of the Kerala market with our strong marketing & sales team and got more than 500 satisfied dealers.M/s Plaza Overseas, another feather in the crown , A partnership firm started in 2014 exclusively for Import and Export business.In order to cope up with huge market demand we imported concrete nails from china. In 2017 started another firm M/s Aswathy Enterprises, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

In 2019 as a part of corporate strategic planning we have started M/s Plaza Export & Marketing located in Anamukku junction, Thuthiyoor road, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
